- Your app version and Windows version.
- The PDF task you were trying to complete.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- Whether the problem is still there after saving and reopening.
Use a made-up or non-sensitive sample if needed. Please do not email private documents, passwords or licence keys.

The Windows preview is currently for invited testers. If you would like to try it, tell us which PDF job you need help with and whether it is for yourself or an organisation.

Licensing for your team
We are preparing one-off named-user licences for organisations. Ask about organisational use before deployment. Pricing and included support are not yet published.
Your document stays with you.
This website has no document upload. The desktop app’s local tools work on your computer; update checks and downloads use the internet. Start with a copy, and check the saved result before sharing.
